If you contact Raymoto, we will retain your communication records (the content of communications, email address, contact phone number, etc.) to help resolve any issues you may encounter. Use of Operation Log Information Data When you access our application, we also collect device and network connection information and access system permissions. Device and network connection information includes: MAC address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (Android ID), IP address, mobile network information, access time, and the device's operation records and frequency. We collect this information to provide better service to all customers and to ensure operational stability and network security. When using Raymoto platform services, the system permissions that need to be obtained include: Bluetooth permission, camera permission, storage permission, and clipboard read/write permission. Data Storage The platform stores personal data only while you are using the Raymoto application or accessing Raymoto-related websites. In-App Purchases The app offers in-app purchases (such as R-Coin top-up packs). Payment is processed by the platform you purchase through: on iOS, purchases are processed by the Apple App Store; in the Android version distributed via Google Play, purchases are processed by the Google Play billing system; on the desktop version and our official website, top-ups are processed through Shopify. To credit your purchase to your account and to prevent fraud, we receive from the platform and store the transaction identifier, the product purchased, the time of purchase, and the price tier. At no time do we access or store your bank card number or any other payment credentials. The processing of your payment data by Apple, Google, and Shopify is governed by their respective privacy policies. IX. How to Delete Your Account and Data You can permanently delete your account and the associated data in the app at any time: go to "Me" → "Account & Security" → "Delete Account" and follow the prompts. In the desktop version, open "Settings" → "Account & Security" and use the "Delete Account" option. To protect your account, your identity is verified before deletion: if you have set a password, you confirm with your current password; if you signed in through a third-party account (such as Google) and have no password, you confirm with a verification code sent to your registered email address. Once confirmed, your account and the associated data are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers, including: account information (email address, nickname, avatar), community posts, comments and direct messages, records of connected engraving machines (model, firmware version, etc.), diagnostic and log data linked to your account, and your R-Coin balance and in-app purchase transaction records. This cannot be undone, and any remaining balance cannot be restored.
